First Floor
Whenever we are staying away from home we have two main requirements; a comfy bed and a good shower. You will not be disappointed here. The good size master bedroom has a king size bed with bed side cabinets and lamps, dressing table with mirror and fitted wardrobe.
Positioned directly above the lounge it enjoys the same southerly view over the harbour to the May Isle and westwards to the harbour beach. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobe. It enjoys the westerly harbour view.
The shower room boasts a large shower with good size rose, heated mirror with electric razor point. Shampoo and shower gels supplied from Scottish Fine soaps. The radiator is dual fuel so can be operated electrically when the central heating is switched off.
The Garden
The small front garden catches the sun for most of the day and is ideal for morning coffee or afternoon tea, just watching the world go by, from the patio table and chairs provided. We’ve recently extended the patio area with additional bench seating.

Bed linen, towels, dish towels, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwater tablets, etc and final cleaning all included. Fresh flowers. Welcome pack of bread, oatcakes, butter, jam and milk (and bottle of wine for weekly stays) . Also coffee and tea starter pack.
