There are two excellent golf courses at Crail; the traditional Tom Morris designed Balcomie links, and the Gil Hanse designed new Championship standard Craighead course. Both with magnificent views over the Forth estuary and North sea.

Windsurfing, sailing, canoes, pedal boats, water-sking, inflatables, boat trips,mountain bikes; all available from Elie water sports. Elie is 10 miles west of Crail.

Walking
The Fife Coastal Path is a Scottish long distance footpath that runs from Kincardine to Newburgh. The path was created in 2002, originally running from North Queensferry to Tayport. It runs past Crail Harbourside house.
